Healthy Sleep Oil

1 Apply 3-4 drops of Healthy Sleep Oil blend from The Essentials at temples, back of neck, and wrists and gently massage until fully absorbed.
2 Apply one hour before the desired sleeping hour.
3 Use twice or thrice a day as per need.
4 Skin should be clean and free from makeup before application.
